This advanced hands-on workshop explores the intense and visually striking world of mummification — full-body encasement used for restraint, sensory deprivation, and psychological control. Participants will learn how to safely wrap and immobilize a body using plastic wrap, elastic bandages, tape, and cloth. The highlight of the session: a live demonstration of suspension while mummified — a rare technique that combines full-body enclosure with elevation.

What you’ll learn:

1. Mummification techniques
– Choosing and layering materials (wraps, bandages, tape)
– Full-body vs. partial wrapping
– Safe positioning for comfort and restriction
– Sensory impact: heat, pressure, immobility

2. Suspension in wrap (demonstration only)
– Preparing a wrapped body for suspension
– Anchor points and weight distribution
– Reducing strain during elevation
– Scene composition and dramatic effect

3. Safety & monitoring
– Airway and breathing access
– Circulation checks and pressure points
– Psychological cues: panic, freeze, shutdown
– Non-verbal communication and safewords

4. Scene building & roleplay ideas
– Using mummification for submission, ritual, or objectification
– Enhancing the experience with temperature, teasing, and sound
– Aftercare tips for intense restriction play

Important notes:

– This is an intense bondage workshop — not suitable for claustrophobic individuals
– Solo participants may observe or pair up during exercises
– Please bring a towel, yoga mat, or soft surface for floor wrapping
– All materials are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own
