Cuddle Play – guided empathy & conscious touch practice

Cuddle Play is a gentle, guided group experience focused on safe, consensual, non-sexual touch, emotional awareness, and human connection. In a carefully held space, we slow down, listen to ourselves, and explore closeness in a respectful and comfortable way.

Together we create an environment where the body can relax and receive touch in the way it truly needs. Warm, attentive presence can be deeply calming and supportive. The practice invites you to reconnect with your boundaries, sensations, and the simple experience of being with others without pressure or expectation.

The practice will be guided by facilitator Mali Achi. Body connection explorer, multidisciplinary artist, life and beauty creator. 7+ years of personal psychotherapy, 2+ years of personal coaching, 6+ years of practicing nonviolent communication, facilitating dialogues and mediating conflicts, 5+ years of dancing contact improvisation. Ukrainian+iranian roots.

Event will be held in English.

During the session we will:

- sit together in a welcoming circle and get to know each other

- talk about empathy, consent, and personal boundaries

- practice expressing a clear and sincere “yes” and “no”

- learn to ask for touch and to decline respectfully

- explore simple, guided exercises of safe, platonic closeness

In this space there is an opportunity both to observe and to offer tenderness and attention to our bodes Our contact with others will begin with contact with ourselves. First, we will listen to where our body wants to be touched. And then we will move into contact with another human being/beings.

Cuddle Play is not therapy and not a dating event. It is a conscious practice of presence, communication, and embodied connection — an opportunity to rest, feel supported, and experience human closeness in a safe environment.
